We recently used The Party Starts Here to supply the balloons and gas to help us celebrate our first birthday at Tart Cafe and Foodstore and the service we received was excellent on every level. Balloons outside of a business are not only a great way to get noticed, but people (particularly kids) really love to be given a helium balloon.
