Shipping

We aim to deliver to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders received before 12.00PM will be dispatched same day on either a Royal Mail First Class (up to the value of £40.00) or UPS Standard Delivery (over the value of £40.00). All orders over £100.00 + VAT are shipped free of charge.  If for any reason we are not able to ship the products ordered, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

Delivery to mainland England, Wales and Lower Scotland:

For deliveries to Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Ireland and Europe, there will be a standard delivery charge of £25.00. However, we reserve the right to place a delivery surcharge on items of a large or heavy nature. We will contact you before shipping to make you aware of the charges and obtain confirmation if a surcharge is applied. Please feel free to contact us on sales@bristol-gas.co.uk or 0117 300 9993 if you would like to confirm any delivery charges before placing your order.

If you are out when the delivery arrives, the postman or courier will leave details of where the parcel can be collected from.

If you would like to contact us regarding your delivery, please have your order ID or invoice number to hand.

Returns Policy

We will happily refund the price of all goods within 7 working days with proof of purchase, not including cost of carriage. After 7 days, the goods can be exchanged for other goods of an equivalent value or for a credit note to be used at a later date. All goods cancelled must be returned in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition; we will not accept and cannot refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us.  Cost of carriage in returning goods is not refundable.

Please contact us immediately should you discover any item to be faulty. We would normally expect the faulty item to be returned to us for investigation and examination.
